Health equity starts close to home.
In a moment when public understanding of health equity is fragmented and often politicized, American Pride Rises set out to reframe the conversation. Their goal: make health equity tangible, relatable, and grounded in the everyday realities of families and communities across the United States.
APR and NationSwell approached us to help bring this nationwide campaign to life—from concept to execution—through a unified visual identity, a narrative framework that connects personal stories to systems-level change, and a microsite designed to educate, engage, and mobilize.

To meet APR’s ambition for a national yet locally rooted campaign, we collaborated closely to shape a strategy built around clarity, community resonance, and narrative depth. The site blends narrative storytelling with policy insight, ensuring users of varying familiarity level can understand why health equity matters and how they can participate.

Each collaboration begins with a conversation.
